Frequently Asked Questions; 

How it works - We set up a green screen studio in your club house and photograph your team members in dynamic poses before adding eye catching backgrounds and personal touches (like logos). 

What does the club get out of it? We donate £5 back to the club for every order placed and the club also get to use the images. 

How can we use the photos? The images can be used by the club for player/coach/ manager profiles on social media or in print. (after individual consent is given). 

How do people see/order the photos? All the photographs are put online with individual log in codes. It’s a no risk activity with no cash taken on the day and all orders placed on line on an easy to use website. 

How long does it take? Each photo takes approximately 1 minute to take so it can be combined with a training event or awards evening.

Who can be photographed? Everyone! We strongly suggest the whole club get involved in this event – it’s suitable for all ages and not just the younger teams! 

How much do the photos cost? We have many affordable packages and products to choose from with prices starting at £15 with £5 donated back to the club.

Who is the photographer? Gary Williams is a professional photographer, fully insured with a DBS certificate. We don’t use freelancers!

Is it difficult to administer? There is minimal administration for the club other than publicising the event, (which we can help with).

Great customer service. We deal directly with the customer. We don’t use call centres or third-party telephonists.

How do we receive the photos? About 3 weeks after the photo day all the photos are ready. The club can decide if they would prefer Club or home delivery. (P&P costs apply to home delivery)
